Construction works for the reconstruction and modernization of the bus depot of Burgasbus Ltd. were completed

Construction work on the reconstruction and modernization of the bus depot of "Burgasbus", including the construction of diesel and CNG station were completed. The component "Reconstruction of the bus depot, diesel and CNG station" is one of the key in the implementation of the project "Integrated Urban Transport of Burgas" funded under a grant BG161PO001 / 1.5-001 / 2010/001 OP "Regional Development" 2007-2013 through the European regional Development Fund and the national budget as well as the budget of the Municipality.

During the realization of the engineering contract were done the following activities:

- Construction of a new departmental diesel and methane station with three disel columns, one of which fast feed, column for Ad-blue and 3 CNG columns

- Reconstruction and repair of the halls of the bus depot to accommodate the areas of auto service activities, place for periodic inspections and car wash

- Delivery of equipment and modules for regular maintenance of buses

- Technological reorganization of depot

- Reconstruction of parking for buses, the construction of new drainage system and lighting system for the entire area

- Construction of parking for employees and visitors, development and landscaping of the area around the depot

- Construction of new platforms and external relation roads; rehabilitation of the fence

- Repair of the administrative building of the company - the insulation of the building, according to the current requirements for energy efficiency

After the realization of the works real opportunities to optimize the service supplied new fleet of 67 new diesel and CNG buses serving the residents of the city were found, as well as overall improvement of the organization and effectiveness of the company "Burgasbus".
