Restricting the movement of vehicles on "San Stefano" blvd.

As of today, July 24 - Thursday, car traffic on "San Stefano" blvd. in the area between the boulevards "Stefan Stambolov" and "Hristo Botev" will be limited, including the intersection with "Hristo Botev" blvd. and intersection with "Stefan Stambolov" blvd. The reason is start of construction of central bus stop under the project "Integrated urban transport of Burgas". The deadline for implementation of construction activities is nine months.

On the first stage both lanes in the direction "Stefan Stambolov"– to the "Hristo Botev" blvd. will be closed, providing pedestrian corridor on the "Alexandrovska" street. Two-way movement of vehicles will be carried out in the other two lanes in the "Hristo Botev" - direction "Stefan Stambolov".

On the second stage both lanes in the "Hristo Botev" - direction "Stefan Stambolov" will be closed, providing a walking corridor on the "Alexandrovska" street. Two-way movement of vehicles will be carried out in the other lanes in the "Stefan Stambolov" - direction "Hristo Botev".

During the third phase of implementation the movement in the two intersections, "Hristo Botev" with"Stefan Stambolov", "San Stefano" with "Stefan Stambolov" will be reorganized.

Burgas Municipality apologizes for the inconvenience and rely on the fair comply of the introduced temporary organization of the movement. We believe that the end result will justify the temporary difficulties in moving in downtown.
