Investment projects

Preparation of technical investment projects

The activities under this component include:
- Preparation of technical investment projects for reconstruction and modernization of the bus depot and workshop, diesel and methane station

-Preparation of technical investment projects for pedestrian overpasses and a system of bike routes;
- Preparation of technical investment projects for /BRT/ system, bus terminal near the railway station and terminal in r.a. Meden Rudnik.

The project activities under the project "Reconstruction and modernization of the bus depot" - owned by the public transport operator "Burgasbus", including the project for reconstruction and modernization of workshop, car wash and the parking area; renovation of the administrative building and building of a new diesel and methane station to serve the project newly delivered buses are already completed.

All technical investment projects for starting a BRT Line including building of new stops and stop shelters; construction of a central bus stop of BRT; Reconstruction of "South" bus station;

Reconstruction of the final terminal of Rapid Bus Line in r.a. "Meden Rudnik", establishing a system of bicycle paths of about 60 km, including bike lanes along the Rapid Bus Line have been prepared;

In the process of awarding a tender to select a contractor for the preparation of project documentation and construction of four overpasses, situated as follows: 2 pcs. on the intersection "Trapezitza" and 2 pcs. on the intersection near to the Hotel "Mirage".

Construction and architectural supervision during construction
Award of the construction supervision is carried out according to the award of the project activities. Supervision of the project will be carried out by the design teams, who prepares a technical documentation under the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT0). The purpose of surveillance is to observe the process of making construction activities to ensure compliance with the parameters of the working projects, and to provide guidance during implementation.
